We liiiiiiiike it! It’s not a „fit dish” but it’s super delicious! Puree with herbs is like poetry. We added everything we just brought from the garden. Fall is such a nice time to harvest what the Earth has produced during summer. The scent of herbs is a real aroma of health. We recommend it for rainy, fall days, when dusk comes faster and faster.
- For cakes:
- 2 zucchini 80g
- Universal Mix Quick
- 1 egg
- 1 small plain yogurt
- bunch of dill
- large pinch of salt
- frying oil
grate the zucchini on a coarse-mesh grater, then put it in a bowl
add beaten egg, salt, gradually add Universal Quick Mix
heat the oil in a frying pan
spoon the zucchini dough on hot oil
fry for about 2 minutes on each side
after frying, drain the excess fat on a paper towel
serve with a spoonful of yogurt and dill
peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until soft
strain the potatoes, add a little milk, butter, yogurt, herbs, salt and pepper
blend everything together and it's ready
