Winter cake with blue cheese and pear is a great hmmm ... bread, or maybe a cake?
In any case, when it is on the table with us - it disappears in five seconds, despite the broad plans of taking it with us to work or to other places where we need to quickly satisfy our hunger, and we do not want to clog ourselves with just anything :) because we do not want to, right?
The flavors that permeate there make it non-obvious, and that's the point! In winter, it is enough to brew hot tea with it ...
- 3 eggs
- 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cooking oil
- 180g Universal Mix Quick
- 1/4 cup milk
- 150g blue cheese
- 2 pears
- 100g dried fruit and nuts mix
- salt
- pepper
Pour boiling water over the dried fruit for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
sift into a large bowl UNIVERSAL MIX - quick with powder and salt, add dried fruit and peeled, thickly diced pears
in the second bowl, beat the eggs with oil, a pinch of pepper and milk
combine wet and dry ingredients with a wooden spoon
line the form with baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dough into the mold, bake for about an hour
after removing from the oven, leave the dough in the mold for 10 minutes, then remove it and put it on a wire rack until it is completely cool
